I'm Jeannette, a US Army Military Police Combat Veteran and a former Federal Police Officer, but my most vital role is that of a single mother. I had the honor of being deployed to Panjwai, Kandahar, Afghanistan, as part of the Female Engagement Teams during Operation Enduring Freedom with the 1-25th Infantry Brigade in 2011-2012. After completing my enlistment in 2014, I settled in the beautiful state of Arizona.
Here, I aim to unveil the transformative chapters of my life, revealing the evolution from who I once was to who I've become today. My journey has been marked by various traumas, including domestic violence, emotional abuse, rape, and the harsh realities of war.
I am now a PTSD Peer Coach who has firsthand experience with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I have made it their mission to support and guide fellow veterans and survivors who are dealing with the challenges of PTSD. I provide mentorship, understanding, and a listening ear to veterans and survivors who may be struggling with the emotional and psychological aftermath of their service. Enjoy exploring my site!
